Have you flushed the black tank recently?
Added chemicals to black and grey tanks?
Do you leave the valves closed in between dumping sessions?
You could have a AAV (Air Admittance Valve) gone bad and needs replaced, see other docs here about AAV, the explanation and how to replace it(coming soon)
